User Data Deletion

Effective date: September 22, 2026

MOVIRIQ, owned and operated by IMCO Tech LLC, allows users to request deletion of personal data associated with their MOVIRIQ account and connected integrations, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting and contractual retention requirements.

1. How to Request Deletion

1. Sign in to your MOVIRIQ account.
2. Disconnect any advertising or social-media integrations you no longer want MOVIRIQ to access.
3. Use the account or support channel made available within MOVIRIQ and clearly request “Account and Data Deletion.”
4. We may request reasonable verification of account ownership before processing deletion to protect against unauthorized requests.

2. Meta / Facebook Data

If you connected Meta or Facebook to MOVIRIQ, you may also remove the MOVIRIQ connection through your Meta/Facebook account settings. Following a verified deletion request, MOVIRIQ will delete or de-identify eligible personal data under its control that is no longer required, subject to lawful retention obligations.

3. Information That May Be Retained

Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, legal compliance, enforcement of agreements or evidence that a deletion request was completed.

4. Third-Party Data

Deleting information from MOVIRIQ does not automatically delete data independently controlled by advertising networks, social networks, AI or content-generation providers, payment processors, cloud providers, analytics providers or other third parties. IMCO Tech LLC does not control independently retained third-party data. Requests concerning such data may need to be made directly to the relevant provider.

5. Processing

Verified deletion requests will be handled within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law and operational requirements. Processing may take longer where additional information is reasonably required to verify or complete a request.
