This Privacy Policy explains how IMCO Tech LLC (“IMCO Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), owner and operator of MOVIRIQ, collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects information when you access or use MOVIRIQ, our websites, applications, integrations and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect: account and profile information; business and contact information; authentication and integration identifiers; advertising account, campaign, audience, creative, performance and conversion information made available through connected platforms; content, prompts, files and instructions you submit; transaction, subscription and billing-related records; device, browser, IP address, log, diagnostic, security and usage information; and communications with us.

We may receive information directly from you, automatically through the Services, or from services you choose to connect, including advertising, analytics, authentication and payment platforms. We only seek access to connected-platform data needed to provide the features you request, subject to the permissions granted by you and the applicable platform.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide, operate, personalize, secure, maintain and improve MOVIRIQ; authenticate users; connect authorized third-party accounts; create and manage advertising workflows; generate or process campaign materials; display performance and attribution information; process billing; provide support; detect fraud, abuse and security incidents; maintain audit records; enforce our rights; comply with law; and develop and improve our Services.

Where MOVIRIQ provides AI-assisted recommendations, planning, creative generation, optimization insights or reporting, information may be processed by artificial-intelligence service providers acting as service providers or subprocessors, subject to applicable contractual and technical safeguards.

3. Advertising Platform Data

If you connect an advertising or social-media account, MOVIRIQ may access and process information permitted by the authorization you grant, such as account identifiers, pages, campaigns, ad sets, advertisements, creatives, performance metrics and related configuration. We use this information to provide the connected features you request. We do not claim ownership of your advertising accounts or your underlying business data.

Your use of Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube or any other third-party service remains subject to that provider’s own terms, policies, permissions and review processes. A provider may restrict, suspend, modify or discontinue access to its service or APIs at any time.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We generally do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations. We may retain transaction identifiers, status, amounts and other records needed for billing, accounting, fraud prevention and support.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, database, security, analytics, communications, AI, advertising-platform and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process or competent authority; to protect the rights, security and integrity of MOVIRIQ, IMCO Tech LLC, our users or others; in connection with a corporate transaction; or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not authorize third parties to use connected advertising-account data for their own independent advertising purposes merely because that data is processed through MOVIRIQ.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and audit records, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and purpose of processing.

You may request deletion of eligible personal information or disconnect an integrated account. Disconnecting an integration may stop future access but does not necessarily delete records we are legally or operationally required to retain. We may retain limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, billing, audit or legal records where permitted or required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no internet transmission, API, cloud environment or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, using appropriate account security and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

8. International Processing

MOVIRIQ and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country in which you are located. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international data transfers and process information in accordance with applicable law.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also revoke permissions through connected third-party platforms where those controls are available. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

10. Business Users and Customer Data

Where a business customer provides or controls personal information processed through MOVIRIQ, that customer may be the controller or business responsible for the information and IMCO Tech LLC may act as its processor or service provider. The customer is responsible for ensuring that it has all necessary rights, notices, permissions and lawful bases for information, audiences, content and instructions it provides to MOVIRIQ.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party services. IMCO Tech LLC does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, accuracy or practices of third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy policies or terms of those providers.

12. Advertising Results and Automated Assistance

MOVIRIQ may provide automated or AI-assisted advertising recommendations, forecasts, creative outputs, optimization insights and reports. Such outputs are informational and operational tools and do not constitute a guarantee of advertising performance, sales, revenue, reach, conversions, return on ad spend or any other commercial result. Users remain responsible for reviewing campaigns, creatives, targeting, budgets, legal compliance and approvals before publication or expenditure where approval is required.

13. Children

MOVIRIQ is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, technology, law or our practices. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
